How I handle your data
In plain language: what I process, why, for how long and what your rights are.

What data I process and why
- Enquiry form and e‑mail: name, company, e‑mail, phone and the content of your message. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange a collaboration. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest.
- Free Google profile check: name, e‑mail, business name with town and optionally your website. Purpose: to prepare and send you the check and ask once whether it helped. I send SEO and AI tips only if you tick the consent box, at most once a month, with one-click unsubscribe. Data is deleted within 12 months unless we start working together. Legal basis: your consent.
- Booking an online call: name, e‑mail and the slot via a Google Calendar booking page. The call takes place on Google Meet; Google processes the data as a processor. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
- Collaboration: billing and contact details required for the contract and accounting. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations.
- Website visits: the site uses no advertising cookies. If I add traffic measurement, it will be listed here together with a way to opt out.
How long I keep data
Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 12 months. Contract and invoice data is kept for the period required by law (generally 10 years for accounting records).
Who I share data with
I never sell data. For operations I use services that process data technically: website and form hosting (Netlify, USA), e‑mail and calendar (Google), an invoicing tool. Data processing agreements are in place with these suppliers.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Just write to josefsulan12@gmail.com. You can also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
