No. Someone who knows the business, can say what should work and can make decisions is enough. Access, setup and the technical side are on me.
I only use the access a project actually needs, ideally through a separate account you remove afterwards. Data is used only for the job at hand, and I am happy to sign an NDA.
I invoice as a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (company ID 19416962). Larger projects by milestones, smaller ones on handover, ongoing work monthly. Running costs of tools (hosting, n8n, AI) you pay directly; I estimate them upfront.
